Black Magic Ward Charcoal Art Print
Black Magic Ward Charcoal Art Print
A little protection for your walls.
Black Magic Ward features a snake coiled around a skull, surrounded by roses and crescent moons. Soft charcoal shading meets a deep black background in this print of my original artwork.
Choose your paper
Both options have a smooth, matte surface. The paper choice changes the weight and feel of your print.
- Archival Matte Fine Art: Smooth 230 gsm archival paper with a matte finish. A lighter option for enjoying the artwork on your wall.
- Hot Press Fine Art: Smooth 300 gsm archival paper made from 100% cotton rag. Heavier and thicker than Archival Matte, with a matte finish.
Choose your frame
- Unframed: Your paper print without a frame, ready for you to frame yourself.
- Black Oak: A standard black oak frame with a shatter-resistant acrylic cover.
- Black or Gold Metal: A standard metal frame with a shatter-resistant acrylic cover.
- Black Premium Oak: A larger-profile black oak frame with a real glass cover.
- Black or Gold Premium Metal: A larger-profile metal frame with a real glass cover.
Framed options are configured without a mat. A narrow white printed border may appear in some previews; it is separate from a mat board.
Sizes and available frames
All prints are displayed in landscape orientation:
- 12 × 8 inches: Unframed, Black Oak, or Black Premium Oak.
- 18 × 12 inches: Unframed; Black Oak or Black Premium Oak; Black or Gold Metal; Black or Gold Premium Metal.
- 24 × 16 inches: The same frame choices as 18 × 12 inches.
The size selector lists these as 8x12, 12x18, and 16x24. These are the same paper dimensions, shown here width-first for the landscape artwork. Sizes refer to the full paper dimensions, not the outside dimensions of a frame.
Choose your paper first, then your size and frame from the selectors. The displayed price updates for your chosen combination.

Where this piece began
This design began as my original Black Magic Ward canvas artwork: a snake, skull, roses, and moon phases. Here is the original piece behind this version.
The original artwork is not included. This listing is for the art print; the original canvas artwork is not included. Metallic or reflective details in the original may look different in this reproduction.
